Scout is in the process of building a one-of-a-kind talent map - one that considers roles, departments, preferred companies and hiring patterns. We're about half way done and the results are amazing so far.
Why are we building this? So we can provide you with better quality matches for each of your job roles.
If you're a Recruitment Agency, you now have an extra entry field to type in the name of the client you're headhunting for. Scout will automatically identify the types of companies your client hires from and help you zero in on the right talent, so that you can work towards converting them ASAP.
