Scout’s development is ramping up fast, and we just couldn’t wait till next week to share another big feature. This update was born out of user feedback, that Scout wasn’t picking up on core soft skills and experiences that certain roles needed.
Our nifty Keyword feature can now help you search for specific, ultra-niche keywords that aren’t usually prioritised by Scout’s search engine. Take a look:
In this example, a role might require “troubleshooting” or “shift work,” but since they’re not particularly tech skills, they often fly under Scout’s radar. With the new Keywords segment, you can now input terms or phrases that must show up in the shortlist of talents.
Inputting keywords is entirely optional, and doesn’t take away the speed and convenience of Scout’s AI-powered search.
How is your experience with Scout so far? We’re always open to more feedback — connect with us through LinkedIn (or leave a comment here) and our developer team will be happy to respond!
