Are you ready for a brand new Scout? Our recent expansion into non-tech (marketing, sales, finance) roles amplified Scout’s capabilities, and today our new UI will round off the charge into 3Q by perfecting your user experience.
There’s a lot of exciting new changes to get into, so let’s get started!
The first change is that we’ve shifted the navigation bar to the top, with clear icons to direct you to either starting a new search, or looking into your other active jobs.
The next big change is a new panel summary for your candidates. It’s been expertly crafted to show summary numbers at a glance. You’ll see the total number of candidates found for that particular role, and the number recommended by Scout. The panel will also provides quick access to candidates whom you’ve shortlisted or engaged.
In the old version of Scout, you had to return to the previous page to modify any key search parameters such as location and years of experience. The new UI lets you make those changes then and there, and immediately hit “re-scout” if needed.
If you’re happy with the curated pool of candidates but just want to fine-tune the list, Scout’s new UI includes a live filtering system. For example, if there’s a new skill requirement for your role, input that into the filters and you’ll sift out the qualified talents instantly.
With our expansion to non-tech roles, and the new UI that has just rolled out, Scout has become a heavyweight sourcing tool that no hirer should go without.
